By accessing or using Brambl ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, then you may not access the App.

Brambl is a mobile application designed to help users track their visits to National Trust and English Heritage sites. The App provides information about historic sites and allows users to record and manage their visits.

3. Use of the App

5. User Content

You retain ownership of any content you create or upload using the App ("User Content"). By using the App, you grant Brambl a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, store, and display your User Content solely for the purpose of providing the App's services.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Brambl does not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that defects will be corrected.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Brambl shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the App.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
